To feel better about growing older, pick up again on that hobby you loved years ago. Hobbies are a great way of keeping busy and do something outside of everyday household tasks.

It is quite common for people to put on the pounds as they grow older. Eating healthy food and exercising sensibly are the only two things you need to do to stay at your ideal weight.

If you smoke, do whatever you can to stop as soon as possible, in order to look your best. Smoking damages your skin by making the lips thinner and thinning your lips. Smoking is also speeds up growing older because it shortens your lifespan.
