As your age increases, most find their home to be a place of solstice. Your cozy home will always be waiting for you; ready to provide comfort.

Life is a journey that should enjoy. If you make time to enjoy the milestones in life as you did with your children as they got older, you will feel like you have risen.

Some minor loss of eye sight happens as you age, but you can be proactive in preventing damaging eye disease with regular eye exams and screenings.

Staying out in the heat or cold for 12 hours at a time can do damage to your skin. This can lead to ailments like skin cancer but also cause prematurely growing older skin.

Eating an excessive amount of sugar can contribute to a shortened life span. Sugar shortens your life and make you age more quickly. Research has suggested that sugar reduces lifespan of all animal life.

Red Meat

One way to help prevent heart disease is to eat less red meat and start eating more fish.The fat contained in red meat can clog your arteries.Fish is full of healthy fats which are believed to slow down the clogging and help you to live a long, unlike meat.

Be very careful and avoid falls. Falling down is the main source of serious damage to aging bodies. You can improve your balance and become more physically fit by making an effort to take 30-minute walks, for at least 30 minutes at a time.If fractures are a concern, try adding Vitamin D and calcium supplements to your weight training.
