Upset Stomach

Eat small meals to help with the nausea that can happen in order to calm your upset stomach. Keeping the stomach with something can prevent upset stomach issues. Try to keep the foods you eat light as well as fresh. Fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meat and vegetables are great ideas.

To cut down on swelling, lay on the left side when falling asleep, soak your feet, do not wear tight socks and don’t cross the ankles.
