Crunches day and night alone will not give you a six pack. You aren’t going to lose tummy fat with abdominal exercise, but these are not going to reduce the fat in your midsection.

Leg extensions can help you if you need to exercise your quadriceps muscles. Leg extensions are good for you and almost every gym will have leg extension machine. The exercise is sitting down and extending your legs up while in a certain amount of resistance.
